Description
The wafer shipper is a coin-style, single-wafer container designed for safe handling of semiconductor wafers. Suitable for silicon, glass, quartz, sapphire, GaAs, and other thin round wafers from 2” to 6” (51–150 mm).
It consists of a concave base, spider spring, and locking cap, ensuring the wafer is supported only at the edges to avoid surface contact. The spider spring secures the wafer once the cap is locked, providing reliable cushioning against movement and impact.
This shipper is made from durable, translucent PP material and is commonly used for wafer transport, storage, and cleanroom operations.
