Indium Phosphide Quantum Dots
Indium Phosphide Quantum Dots are semiconductor particles with diameters below 30 nm. Due to their exceptional photoluminescence, these quantum dots exhibit unique optical and electrical properties. A key feature that distinguishes InP QDs from many other quantum dots is their lower toxicity, making them more environmentally friendly. Our product concentrations are available in 25 mg/mL, 50 mg/mL, and 100 mg/mL.
Applications
Due to their electrical and optical properties, InP QDs are used in:
Light emitting diodes (LEDs),
Biomedical applications such as bioimaging,
Electronic devices,
Solar cells.
