Indium Phosphide Quantum Dots
Indium Phosphide Quantum Dots are semiconductor nanoparticles with diameters below 30 nm. Their exceptional photoluminescence gives them unique optical and electrical properties. A key advantage of InP QDs compared to many other quantum dots is their lower toxicity, making them more environmentally friendly. Our available product concentrations are 25 mg/mL, 50 mg/mL, and 100 mg/mL.
Applications
Due to their electrical and optical characteristics, InP QDs are used in:
Light emitting diodes (LEDs),
Biomedical applications such as bioimaging,
Electronic devices,
Solar cells.
