Indium Phosphide Quantum Dots
Indium Phosphide Quantum Dots are semiconductor particles with diameters less than 30 nm. Due to their exceptional photoluminescence, these quantum dots possess unique optical and electrical properties. A key feature that differentiates InP QDs from many other quantum dots is their lower toxicity, making them more environmentally friendly. Our product concentrations are available in 25 mg/mL, 50 mg/mL, and 100 mg/mL.
Applications
Due to their electrical and optical properties, InP QDs are used in:
Light emitting diodes (LEDs),
Biomedical applications such as bioimaging,
Electronic devices,
Solar cells.
