Titanium Dioxide (TiO2) Nanopowder/Nanoparticles
Rutile: 99.5+%, Size: 200 nm
Application Areas
TiO2 is widely used in paints, plastics, cements, windows, tiles, and other products due to its UV absorption and photocatalytic sterilizing properties. Its photocatalytic activity also allows it to decompose organic compounds in wastewater. TiO2 nanoparticles are sometimes coated with silica or alumina or doped with other metals to tailor them for specific applications.
Storage Conditions
The pigment should not be stored outdoors or in areas exposed to weather. Direct contact with moisture must be avoided. Proper storage preserves the pigment’s properties over time. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use the product on a first-in, first-out basis from the time of receipt.
