Storage Condition:
Tungsten carbide nanoparticles should be sealed in vacuum and stored in a cool, dry room. They should not be exposed to air and must be protected from stress.
Applications:
Tungsten carbide nanoparticles are hard, corrosion-resistant, and wear-resistant materials. They are used in cutting tools, mining tools, and chipless forming tools. They are also applied in coatings such as corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and erosion-resistant coatings. To enhance hardness, strength, and wear resistance, tungsten carbide nanoparticles are used in nano-composites. They are also used in producing superfine hardness alloys and high-performance nanocrystalline materials. Additionally, they serve as catalysts in petrochemical cracking processes.
