Storage Condition:
Boron nitride nanoparticles should be sealed in vacuum and stored in a cool, dry room. They should not be exposed to air and must be protected from stress.
Applications:
Boron nitride nanoparticles are a super hard material. They have applications in subsurface investigation, oil drilling, and high-speed cutting tools. They are used as metal forming and metal drawing lubricant release agents. They can be pressed into different shapes and used as high voltage, high temperature insulation, and cooling components. They are utilized in transistors, plasma arc insulators, high-voltage high-frequency electricity, semi-conducting solid phase admixtures, high-frequency induction furnace materials, atom reactor structure materials, neutron radiation shielding materials, automatic welding high-temperature coatings, radar antenna mediums, radar pass boxes, and rocket engine components. Boron nitride nanoparticles are also used as catalysts for high-temperature and high-pressure treatments. They serve as composites for ceramics, thermally conductive fillers for polymers, and high-temperature lubricants. They also have applications in the aerospace industry and are used in heat shielding materials.
