High-purity atomized spherical magnesium powder is produced using centrifugal atomization, where magnesium of at least 99.8% purity is melted and sprayed under an inert atmosphere. The resulting powder features high apparent density, high active magnesium content, excellent flowability, strong stability, small particle size, and low specific surface area.
