Storage Condition
Silicon Carbide micron powder should be sealed in vacuum and stored in a cool, dry room. It should not be exposed to air and must be protected from stress.
Applications
Silicon Carbide micron powder can be used as a hard, high-grade refractory material. It is suitable for ceramics such as ceramic bearings, textile ceramics, high-frequency ceramics, and ceramic engine parts. It is also used in hard disks, polishing abrasives, grinding wheels, and as a support for multichip modules.
With high thermal conductivity, Silicon Carbide micron powder is ideal for high-temperature sealing valves, spray nozzles, and fluid transport parts. It can be incorporated into composites to enhance strength and heat resistance. The powder is non-radioactive, free from heavy metals, toxic substances, and carcinogens, and should be stored in a dry place.
