Storage Condition
Silicon Carbide micron powder should be sealed in vacuum and stored in a cool, dry room. It should not be exposed to air and must be protected from stress.
Applications
Silicon Carbide Micron Powder can be used as a hard, high-grade refractory material.
It is suitable for ceramics such as ceramic bearings, textile ceramics, high-frequency ceramics, and ceramic engine parts.
It is also used in hard discs, polishing abrasives, grinding wheels, and as a support for multichip modules.
Silicon carbide powder has high thermal conductivity and can be applied in high-temperature sealing valves, high-temperature spray nozzles, and high-temperature fluid transport parts.
It can be used in composites to enhance strength and heat resistance.
Silicon Carbide Micron Powder is non-radioactive, contains no heavy metals, and should be kept dry. It does not contain toxic or carcinogenic substances.
