MSK-AFA-II-VC is a CE Certified Large Automatic Film Coater with a vacuum chuck, designed to produce films with uniform thickness using micrometer-adjustable or fixed thickness applicators. Its advanced driving system ensures smooth coating across all types of materials. The integrated flat vacuum chuck securely holds the substrate, which is particularly useful for thin substrates and achieving consistent tape casting. One micrometer-adjustable applicator is included for immediate use. This machine is suitable for research on ceramic tape casting and Li-Ion battery electrode coating.
