The Hydraulic Crimping Machine for All Coin Cells is a newly designed, CE-certified coin-cell crimper featuring a lighter weight and smaller footprint. This crimper is suitable for sealing various coin cell types such as CR2032, CR2025, and CR2016 using the included die. Optional die sets allow crimping of CR2325, CR2450, AG3, AG5, and other special sizes. Customers can also easily replace the original die for disassembly purposes. The hydraulic crimper is ideally operated in a glove box.

Maintenance & Equipment Care
Electrolytes are highly corrosive; therefore, the die set must be cleaned with ethanol after each experiment to prevent corrosion damage. Turn the hydraulic valve to the Lock position when not in use. Please note that Nano Chicago will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from improper use, maintenance, or abuse of the product.
A 13″ x 9″ 12-gauge commercial-grade aluminum tray is included to keep the workstation clean in case of an oil leak.
