Storage Condition:
Silicon carbide nanoparticles should be sealed in vacuum and stored in a cool, dry room. They should not be exposed to air and must be protected from stress.
Applications:
Silicon carbide nanopowder can be used as a hard, high-grade refractory material. It is widely applied in ceramics such as ceramic bearings, textile ceramics, high-frequency ceramics, and ceramic engine components. It is also utilized in hard discs, polishing abrasives, grinding wheels, and as support material for multichip modules.
With excellent thermal conductivity, it is suitable for high-temperature sealing valves, high-temperature spray nozzles, and high-temperature fluid transport parts. Additionally, silicon carbide nanopowder is incorporated into composites to improve strength and heat resistance.
