Applications:
Titanium dioxide nanoparticles are widely used in the chemical industry. They are incorporated in cosmetics, including beauty and whitening creams, vanishing creams, skin protection creams, natural white moisture protection creams, powder make-up, and other cosmetic products. They are also used in coatings for plastics, food packaging materials, and printing inks. Additional applications include photocatalysts, UV-resistant materials, antibacterial products, sewage treatment, and self-cleaning glass and ceramics. TiO2 nanoparticles are applied in the metallurgical, paper, and aerospace industries, enhancing paper opacity and impressionability and in the production of titanium, ferrotitanium alloys, and carbide alloys.
