Indium Phosphide Quantum Dots (InP QDs)
Indium Phosphide Quantum Dots (InP QDs) are semiconductor nanoparticles with diameters below 30 nm. Their outstanding photoluminescence imparts unique optical and electrical properties. A key feature that distinguishes InP QDs from many other quantum dots is their low toxicity and eco-friendly composition. Available concentrations include 25 mg/mL, 50 mg/mL, and 100 mg/mL.
Applications
Thanks to their excellent optical and electrical properties, InP QDs are utilized in:
-
Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs)
-
Biomedical applications such as bioimaging
-
Electronic devices
-
Solar cells
